Driver FAQ – Deliveries & Pickups

PA Warehouse
1. What is the warehouse delivery window?
Deliveries and pickups are between: 8AM – 4PM
2. Can I arrive before the delivery window begins?
We ask that all drivers who arrive early remain outside of Hadco’s facilities unless specifically invited in by Hadco personnel.
3. Do I need to wear safety equipment?
Everyone in our facilities, including drivers and personnel, must wear appropriate safety attire, such as hard hats and closed-toe shoes. Flip-flops, tank tops, or any other loose or exposed clothing are not permitted.
4. How are deliveries and pickups processed?
It’s a first come, first served system. Once you sign in, you will be attended to in the order of arrival.
5. How do I sign in?
All drivers must sign in using the iPad provided at the designated area. This ensures you’re added to the queue.
6. What happens if I don’t sign in?
If you don’t sign in, we won’t be able to process your delivery or pickup. Please ensure you complete the sign-in process as soon as you are ready.
7. Do you allow overnight parking?
No, overnight parking is not permitted at our facility. Please make arrangements to park elsewhere if you arrive outside of operating hours.
8. Do I need any specific documentation?
Please bring your delivery or pickup paperwork as required by your company. If requested, be ready to show any additional documentation.
9. Where do I park when I arrive?
Drivers should park in the designated loading zone and remain in their vehicles until it’s time to unload or pick up.
10. Who do I contact if I need assistance?
If you have any issues or questions at the warehouse, please ask a staff member after signing in.
OK Warehouse
